Why I Blame the NRA and Its Supporters

  1. Hey, they are just like Christopher Dorner, they hate the NRA, too. I bet they are Obama Zombies, too, supporting his death squads.

  2. Armor-piercing bullets? That nonsense again? And then the chubby fellow mentions hollow point bullets. Hollow points aren't armor-piercing. But they say that no one is proposing a ban on guns. Uh huh, unless you have a "military-style assault weapon." Those are under threat.

The whole point of this video was to whine about things that we already know. We already know that the NRA defends the gun rights of all Americans. But thanks for sharing with the class. You three earn a gold star--in the special ed. class.

    1. Of course you'll do your usual nit picking, but the point was clearly made. The NRA is the front for the gun manufacturers and you supporters are dupes.

    2. Why can't you bring yourself to believe that the NRA does exactly what I want it to do? So do the gun manufacturers. You may call me evil, but I know what I support.

    3. When was the last time a cop was killed by a “cop-killer” bullet? Was there even a first time?

    5. I said that you may call me evil. That doesn't mean that you've done so. It states the possibility or the permission to do so.

    6. No one has called you evil, just as no one is out to get you. Didn't your nurse tell you to take your meds? You should listen to her more often.

    7. Greg, then in that case you were putting words in someone's mouth. "You may call me evil, but ..." when no one called you evil is bullshit no matter which way you try to spin it.

    8. How am I putting words in anyone's mouth? I said that calling me evil is a possibility. You have called me sick. You have called me irresponsible and dangerous. I said that you could add another adjective if you wished. I never told you to do so or suggested that you did.

This is why paying attention to the meaning of words matters.

  3. What really floors me is that the citizen disarmament advocates were actually poised to succeed. Fortunately the states of New York and Connecticut couldn't contain themselves. New York passed their "middle of the night" legislation that criminalizes all sorts of firearms, magazines, and venues for purchasing ammunition that made it crystal clear the state is determined to disarm everyone. (I award bonus points to Governor Cuomo for stating that they were considering outright confiscation.) And Connecticut jumped the shark with their legislation to ban everything except single shot firearms. Then California comes out of left field and tries to outdo New York!

And just when I thought it couldn't get any better for gun rights advocates, Dorner (rogue Los Angeles Police officer) provides a current, modern example of how police can and do turn on the citizens -- whether it was Dorner himself murdering citizens or other police shooting dozens of times at citizens in their vehicles that didn't even match the description of Dorner's pickup truck.

It's going to take a little while, but efforts to implement gun control will become useless.
